It is inherently important that you, the user of DiskState, are satisfied with your purchase. This is our first priority.

If you are experiencing problems with DiskState on your computer, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Make sure the problem is not covered in this help file. Be sure to read the frequently asked questions, too.
  2. Please include the product name / information of the operating system you are using. Example: Windows 2003 Server.
  3. Include the version and build number of DiskState. This information can be found in DiskState's About dialog.
  4. Start DiskState from the Start Menu: DiskState | Support | Run With Logging. This will produce a zip file that you should include in the email to us.
  5. Write down basic information on your hardware configuration or any potential special issues that might affect the problem. Example: "running a RAID5 with Novell v5" etc.
  6. Describe the problem. If you can reproduce this error, please include details on how to proceed.

Send this information in an email to ds-support@geekcorp.com with the word "DiskState" in the subject, so that we can solve this problem as soon as possible.
